Loose, sleazy and superb, home to 'Brown Sugar', 'Wild Horses' and the slow-burning 'Can't You Hear Me Knocking'. The playing is greasy and confident throughout. One of their two or three best. Released in 1971, it's a key entry in The Rolling Stones's run.
On vinyl: Vintage copies and modern reissues both circulate — worth comparing condition and remaster notes before you buy.
